This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of SignPOS™ software, subscriptions, and related services offered by Signature Incorporation ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Software Licenses & Subscriptions

SignPOS is delivered as digital software and cloud-based services. Because access is granted immediately after activation, license and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the product has been activated or the subscription period has begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.

2. Cancellation Window
  • You may request cancellation of a new subscription within 7 days of purchase, provided the software has not been substantially used.
  • Eligible cancellations within this window may receive a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Renewals are billed automatically; to avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
3. Hardware & Accessories

If your order includes hardware (such as billing terminals, printers, or scanners), unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact our support team with your order details:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times by your bank or payment provider may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Items
  • Subscription periods that have already been used.
  • Customization, setup, training, or onboarding services that have been delivered.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale.
6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
